Section IX: Pilot Certifications

The Vast Empire Navy is an elite unit, but among the elite there must be the best. This is determined by a set of criteria that if met earn a certification badge. Certifications may seem unimportant, but they serve as a measure of the activity of a member within the VE. Most command officers will be certified, as will most higher ranks, not because certified members are superior, but rather because they have shown their desire to make the Vast Empire a better organization.

Note: Only one of these certifications may be worn at a time.
