| Vast Empire 10 Year Anniversary | | Posted by Kadann on 17 Jun 08 | We are going to need some volunteers for the Vast Empire Anniversary Celebration this year.
This is coming up fast, so if you're interested in helping out reply to this topic as soon as possible.
Here is what we have lined up so far:- Roleplaying Game

- Star Wars Trivia
- XBox Live Gaming
- Imperial Lottery (100,000,000 ICs)
- VE Raffle (maybe)
I'll be running the lottery as well as the raffle if we decide to have one. Start purchasing your Imperial Lottery tickets now though. The jackpot is up to 100,000,000 ICs for the Anniversary Celebration.
I know some of you have sent me a private message about helping out with the anniversary celebration. Go ahead and reply to this topic so I know which type of event you would like to help out with.

Mark it on your calenders so you don't forget.
I'll be needing some volunteers to help run some activities at the celebration. Let me know if you are interested.

| Vast Empire 10 Year Anniversary | | Posted by Kadann on 04 Jun 08 | It's that time of year again. This year we have a big anniversary. The 10 Year Anniversary Celebration!
That's right, we've been around for 10 years already. Doesn't even seem like 10 years.
What we need to do now is set a date for the 10 Year Anniversary Celebration; and we're going to need your help.
I have put up a poll on the main site for the Sundays in June and July. I only skipped one Sunday as I'll be out of town then.
Make sure to vote as soon as possible for your best choice so we can start planning.

Lots going on today.
Shazam has decided to begin his leave of his positions, so some changes have been made to accommodate this.
Jegora Fal has been promoted to 2nd Lieutenant and placed as Training Officer, Shazam has moved down to Training Executive Officer.
Jegora Fal has also been placed as SC of Nazgul, with Gshlecc as his XO. We have consolidated Nazgul to two flights, so look to the roster for your new positions if you're in Nazgul.
Shazam has stepped down from WC position, with myself moving up to WC, and he moving down to WX. I have also been promoted to Commander.
WO2 C-3PX2 has passed his MAE and has been promoted to CWO
MCPO Tokijin has asked to retire.
Today is a day that marks a change in the Navy. Shazam has spent much of his time here doing wonderful things for the Navy, and his eventual leave will be a sad day. He is staying around to make sure that there is a smooth transition. Congrats to all those who were promoted, and thank you to Shazam for all of his hard work.

For my part, I'd also like to thank Shazam for his contributions over the last several years, he has been instrumental and vital to keeping the Navy running. He has completely overhauled the Naval Academy to function smoothly even in his absence and recruited a staff of dedicated and enthusiastic trainers to that end.
To further recognize Shazam for his efforts, I hereby promote him to the rank of Commodore, which is long over-due. Also, in recognition of his two years of service as the Naval Training Officer, I also award Shazam with the Knight's Cross.
Also, to thank both Denethor and Jegora Fal for stepping up in the recent months and helping to guide the Navy I award them both with the Legion of Merit, and hope to continue to see good things from them in the future.

| Imperitrade Financial Dividend Report | | Posted by Kadann on 09 May 08 | Stock dividends were sent out today for five of the major corporations listed at the Imperitrade Financial. These companies decided to send out their dividends on the same day.
These dividends are for the first and second quarter earnings for the year. Each company has shown substantial growth and wanted to reward their stockholders with a share of the revenue to show their appreciation to the shareholders.
FGB - 50,000,000 ICs

IMC - 50,000,000 ICs
IMTF - 50,000,000 ICs
IVE - 50,000,000 ICs
If you owned any of the stocks listed above that sent out dividends today, then you received a share of the dividend amount comparable to the percentage of ownership you have in the stock.
